ABOUT

Chestnut Hill Gardens is a Condominium Association, founded in 2005, located in the Brighton neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. The association encompasses:

  1. 163 Chestnut Hill Avenue. A 4-story brick masonry residential building constructed in 2004, with 24 traditional style units.

  2. 165 Chestnut Hill Avenue. A 1-story poured concrete commercial building built in the 1930's, converted to residences in 2003 with 12 loft style units.

  3. Two Parking Lots. A garage in building 165 with 19 spaces, and a surface lot behind building 163 with 35 spaces.
